 | About UsWe are a small business run by a local family, currently with one well-appointed, dog-friendly, self-catering holiday lodge in North Devon. The Lodge is situated in the popular local village of Knowle and is just a short drive from the wonderful sandy surf beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe. It also offers easy access to the South West Coastal Paths (we can arrange pick-ups and drop-offs)... ServicesThe Lodge, owned by the Trickett family, is a refurbished one-bedroom chalet, which sleeps up to four people. Knowle is just over a mile from the larger village of Braunton, which offers a variety of local facilities, including supermarkets, restaurants, laundrettes and pubs. Knowle itself also has a local pub within easy walking distance of The Lodge. Well-behaved children and dogs are also most welcome! The Lodge has free off-road parking, as well as a sunny, secluded, private courtyard with a BBQ area. This outside space is also fully-fenced to allow any four-legged residents the opportunity to stretch their legs! The Lodge is self-catering and has a small cooker (with an oven, grill and hob) and fridge/freezer for your convenience. We also offer a welcoming food package of local produce... Prices
Our current rates are £65-£75 per night and £300-£400 per week (including Wifi). We are also happy to take bookings for long weekends or longer periods (rates TBC).
